The recent approval by DNV enables Vanguard to supply marine, pressure sensitive castings in SG Iron.

Stringent Quality Control procedures are fully implemented throughout all stages of production.

Metal Control: Monitored by continual metallurgical analysis in our Spectrograph Laboratory plus microscopic examination of structures and mechanical properties from test bars.

Control of Sand: Through constant production sampling and laboratory testing.

Conformity of Products: ensured by Found Patrol Inspection. 100% Visual First Line Inspection and Final Inspection through to dimensional checking of castings and equipment.
